PRESS KIT - Introduction
It is with pleasure that we provide you the initial Remaking American Medicine press kit, designed to assist National Partners, QIOs, PBS station and local RAM coalitions in promoting the series and the national outreach campaign. This media kit includes descriptions for all four programs, stories about several Champions of Change who are featured in the series, quality related statistics, a Q&A with Executive Producer Frank Christopher, a bio of host John Hockenberry, and updates on several RAM coalitions that might be of interest to your trade press. In addition, this kit includes campaign “meta messages” and other messages designed for specific target audiences.
Over the coming weeks leading up to the broadcast, the media kit will be expanded with materials such as Op/eds and bylined articles authored by several national spokespersons.
We encourage you to use these materials to help spread the word to your members, colleagues and constituents across the country. These publicity materials can be easily customized for use with the media, in newsletters and magazines, on Web sites and in formal presentations. You can add your organization's logo to the Word versions in order to co-brand with the national series and campaign.
